As part of material research for Domestic Field Studies, I have been learning traditional Appalachian broom-making methods. I am offering some of my handmade brooms for sale.
Handmade Whisk Broom | Use + Care
Each broom is woven by hand from natural fibers. They are made for the small, everyday moments of tending a space and clearing what gathers in corners. Over time, your broom will take on the shape of your hands and your home. Slight shifts in color and curve are natural.

Shake or tap clean after each use. To reshape bristles, lightly mist with water, smooth back in place and air dry.

A Note on Climate
Made from natural materials, these brooms do best indoors. Keeping them inside helps them last for many seasons, whether used or displayed.
